Atomic structure is the composition of an element where there are negatively charged electrons circling around a positively charged nucleus. Chemical bonding is the attraction between the electrons of one atom with the electrons of another atom. The bond can be a result of electron-sharing (covalent bonding), or attraction between oppositely charged ions (ionic bonding).
