Think about hosting a meeting for 250 people. You have to use the
same room for lunch & meetings. First meeting begins at 10 am, working lunch at 12 noon, and closing meeting starts at 1:30 and ends at 3:30pm.
It's important for the attendees to be able to see the speakers while eating - - hence a working lunch.
Now do the following:
-Describe how you will set up the room (hollow square, classrooms, rounds etc).
- Sketch (by hand, using online tools etc) to show what the room will look like in this set up. The diagram does not have to be to scale.
-Now give the specifics. How large are the tables? How far apart are they set? How many? First row of seats (or tables) will be XX from stage) etc.
