I am to collect a portfolio of writing. The project is "multigenre" because I will be writing/editing pieces that are of different genres and styles. I need to group my pieces of writing around a theme or a couple of themes. A theme is the overall idea or message you are trying to get across to the audience.

Different styles of writing may include: Narrative, Poem, Essay, , Persuasive Letter, Review, and Research Report. Different Genres: Fantasy, Science Fiction, Western, Romance, Thriller, Mystery, Dystopia. I must include at least 3 different styles/genres.

My Questions:

My idea for my title is "The Life of Professional Athletes". What themes could I include? What writing styles and genres could I include? is my title too broad? I must include a Title Page. Glossary of Different Writing Pieces, Author's statement, 5-8 Genre Writing Pieces, and a Conclusion. I may also include links to videos, pictures , all put together in a way that fits my theme.
