a.) To achieve zero poverty in the future as a civil engineering professional :

At first we need to know what is about Zero poverty is all about? It is known as zero hunger because the methods and procedure which eliminates poverty and hungers from the world. which can be arrive from the following factors:

1. Need shear innovation and technology to boost up the projects as per design,
2. All Construction projects must be as per quality norms - ISO standards,
3. Must be as per timely schedule,
4. All Civil engineering projects must be as per engineering budget so that profit can be shared to the reduce poverty.
5. The real technology in the Projects needs to designed which is having zero-wastage e.g. green building concept Which can ends poverty & hunger from the world,
6. Sustainable Development aims on the goals,
7. Erase/destroys all forms of malnutrition,
8. Can build inclusive systems,
9. Sustainable food policies.
10. So the Project benefit cost ration or B/C or BCR>1, so that, the profit can be shared and may be utilized as a Corporate and social responsibilities or a CSR policies which all the Construction Co's and Corporate does.

b.)  Following actions need to be taken which are realistic and feasible:

1. Developing sustainable durable markets for selling the product,
2. Design / Execution must be innovate newer technology in Construction Projects,
3. As a Civil engineer must also improve rural infrastructure - proper Buildings, Connecting to state and rural highways, Dams, Water & Sewage treatment plants/Hydropower projects,
4. More invest in producing the chain more effective,
5. To support those areas and markets
6. Particularly roads / highways improvements,
7. Major improvement ware-house methods & storage,
8. Major improvement in rural electrification,
9. Finally. to ensure workers ability to meet a growing a wider consumer platform.

Step-by-step explanation

a.) As a Civil Engineering professional the main vision should e as below to make Zero poverty world:

These actions must eliminates hungers and poverty from the people all over the world which are described as above by new methods, techniques, engineering principle, planning and main focus on the execution. so that the poor labours and workers and their families,relatives also can be served from these projects by earning potential.

b.) Also these can also be illustrated as below:

1. Distributing incentives & subsidies to the projects , - so that labors and their poor families can be utilized properly,
2. Brain-storming of new policies in Construction Methodology - such as design techniques of Conctrete production, Steel binding methods, etc,
3. Main focusing and boosting and on the production & execution of the Projects
4. For making more and more agricultural investments,
5. Around the Project areas - promoting child-care and women health care and nutrition,
6. Making various nutrition programs around our premises of the Construction site.
