·        Transactional model of communication is the exchange of messages between sender and receiver like face to face, where each turns to send or receive a face while the electronic model of communication is the communication which uses media like email, to transmit the information.

·        Transactional model of communication is usually used by people who know each other while the electronic model can be used to people you have never even met.

·        While using transactional model, you can easily get the facial expression but it's hard for you to get the facial expression while using electronic model of communication.

·         When using transactional model communication, you can easily see the shared field experience of the sender and receiver while in the electronic model, you only receive the message.
