1.After the project has been completed, How would you incorporate suggestions about how the team can improve in the future?

(i) Ensure you have given your team members ownership by letting them take their own decisions and making them accountable for the project completed.

(ii) By incorporating team building exercises because when the team members are happy from within, their productivity and efficiency will automatically shoot up in the project tasks.

(iii) By ensuring you have set the communication expectations which helps the team members to understand their job responsibilities.

(iv) By understanding your team strengths and weaknesses which help you as a manager of a team leader to discover those with various talents and keep them in mind while allocating tasks to them.

(v) By providing good and humble working environment which contribute to the team building and productivity.

(vi) By giving the team members inceptives to motivate them to catch up with the project and ensure increased performance.
