No 1- Format the C partition on a hard drive with "Windows10" as the Volume Label also do it as a quick format.
No. 2- Make an exact copy of the directory structure and files of COMP in drive D: to another directory in ZOOM directory in the E: drive and also make COMP directory in the ZOOM directory. ZOOM is empty.
What ever I do just erases the files, but Copies the directories.
This is the closest I have gotten. C:Users>xcopy D:COMP E:MECHZOOM
