From the journal article Coronavirus Devastates Black New Orleans when the local interviewee was interviewed the interviewee made the statement that the coronavirus pandemic is bigger than the Katrina. First and foremost the Katrina is a Hurricane that took place in the year 2005 late august in the southern region of America. The natural phenomenon that was due to tropical cyclone killed around 1,800 people and it was ranked as one of the costliest natural disaster that ever took place in the United States 15 years ago. The local interviewee meant that the corona virus pandemic has killed so many people as compared to the Hurricane Katrina that took place 15 years. Currently the pandemic has killed more than 200,000 people in the United States only. Hence, the interviewee was trying to communicate a message that the coronavirus pandemic is a devastating pandemic as compared to the Hurricane Katrina.

Population health model is population model that was established in the 1990s Statistics Canada to draw together rich multivariate data and information from an extensive variety of sources and references to mimic the lifespan of the Canadian population and people, precisely concentrating on facets of health improvements. Isaiah started smoking while he was five years of age and also there were sort of violence from the neighborhood. These are some of the factors that contributed to the poor health of Isaiah according to Dr. Don Berwick. The population health model it could have stimulated the Isaiah's disease dynamically and help curb and manage the determinants of health of Isaiah. Also, the population health model could help determine the care and outcomes of Isaiah when he was sick hence improve his illness. Dr. Manchanda that we don't have population health model right now of the current situation of the healthcare system where he says that population health begins at home. He says this because he says the "upstreamists," that is the doctors, healthcare practitioners and the nurses look for root cause of the disease instead of lust dealing with the symptoms of the patient. Hence, due to this he believes that at the moment there is no population health model.
