The chapter that I found the most interesting was Chapter 12. As a psychology major, we do quite a bit of studying on disorders, but I never had a clear image in my mind of exactly how the brain processes these disorders. I believe that I will use the information about depression, bipolar disorders, anxiety, and schizophrenia in my future career since I want to be a counselor. Knowing exactly how these disorders are processed in the brain and throughout the body is helpful because it helps me understand what exactly another person may be going through. In addition, I also found it helpful to read about treatments and how those affect certain drugs work within our bodies.
