The management should focus on the following in order to operate at high levels of utilizations with short flow times:

• Human resources- The highly skilled, intellectual and dedicated employees needs less focus but higher compensation for their work load hence should be focused to make the smooth working.
• Inefficiency in the process- The management should focus on the efficiencies when ever arises. None of the process is idle. Every process has some inefficiencies. Hence, in order to make the process idle the management should continuously work over it. Hence, continuity in removing the inefficiencies of the process leads to better management with less time.
• Planning by Objective- The planning is the most important part in any process before starting. It should be done in very efficient manner otherwise it leads to the deviation from the exact path.
• Reduce losses such as Speed Losses, Quality Losses and Down time losses. These losses should be removed with the utmost care in the production process so as to save the time utilized in the process.
