This test is conducted for IC's

In this an extensive list of defects and failure mechanisms is given together with the enhancement stresses that will cause the failures to manifest themselves.

3)Reliability of low power TTL integrated circuits:

This test was introduced by Texas Instruments for low power TTL Integrated Circuits,all stresses are applied together on the semiconductor device in this test.

4)Electro-mechanical reliability test:

With the prime objectives of this test being precipitating "infant mortality" failures, and the identification of potential operational failure modes within the span of the development phase, this test ensures the quality of the semiconductor device.
