URBANISTIC PROJECT “THE BEST AMUSEMENT PARK FOR KIDS IN THE BEACH AREA OF GAVA” - PROJECT PROPOSAL 2021

Description:

The customer comes up to your Project Management company (you are the CEO and a Project Manager) with the request to make an urgent entertaining sports park for kids (3-10 years of age) in the open area of Gava beach as part of important urban development program. Note, that you can be provided with any help from the local authorities to finish the project on time (permissions, certifications, etc). Make up the project with the following characteristics:

 

· Budget: 63000 euros

· Deadline: June 1st, 2021

· Technical characteristics: should be open spaces and closed spaces

· Customer: Ayuntamiento of Gava

 

· In your proposal you have to use all material discussed in class, especially: making WBS list, showing AON networking for the time duration of the project, propose your resource management and demonstrate the resource implementation, cost management distribution (group time-resource-cost constrains of the project + Gantt chart), risk (RBS) and close/follow up aspects of the project.

 

· You should make references to real names (people, places, etc.) to elaborate your work. Be as creative as possible but control the budget and the deadline.

 

 

Formalities:

· Wordcount: From 1500 to 2000 words.

· Cover, Table of Contents, References and Appendix are excluded of the total wordcount.

· Font: Arial 12,5 pts.

· Text alignment: Justified.

· The in-text References and the Bibliography have to be in Harvard’s citation style.

Submission: Week 13, Sunday 9th May 23:59 CEST – Via Moodle (Turnitin).

Weight: This task is a 30% of your total grade for this subject.
