The Good Doctor is an American medical drama television series with Dr. Shaun Murphy with exceptional behaviour. He is the main titular protagonist of the series. He must learn the hospital works while facing unique challenges due to his autism and savant syndrome diagnoses. As a child, he was raised with his brother by their mother and father. Fellow children bullied him in school due to being autistic. He has problems with communication and behaviour. His father's child-rearing process became abusive, and it resulted in killing Shaun's rabbit when he was fourteen. They met the doctor, and his brother Steve promised Shaun they will never go back to their parents. They went and lived in an abandoned school bus together where Steve died, and Shaun was picked by a police officer and never saw his parents since he was fourteen. He also experiences relationship problems.
