aggression may be caused by frustration which is the blocking of goal-directed behavior. Events that are unpleasant such as social rejection, hot temperatures, bad air, loud noises, crowding and provocations can be the causes of aggression. These unpleasant occasions usually triggers the fight-flight response.

Aggression;

Aggression is the dark side of human life. Aggression might have been adaptive in ones ancient past, though it hardly seems adaptive today. Human aggression is very complex and may be caused by many factors, which may be either internal or external causes of aggression. Toddlers between the age of 1 and 3 tend to be the most aggressive. Toddlers often depend on physical aggression to resolve conflict and getting whatever they want. Men tend to be the most aggressive physically than female, while female mostly engage in relational aggression which involves destroying another person social relationships by intention, inclusion in a group or the acceptance feeling. Aggression is kept in check to give people the benefit of doubt.

Thoughts;

Aggression is a negative human force, therefore aggression problems should be treated in early development, when people are still malleable before it stabilizes over time. Fortunately aggression problems have started to decrease over time and hence the trend should be continued.
