In a business workplaces, ethical behavior is an attitude that includes the beliefs of integrity, honesty and fairness towards relationships with associates and consumers.

The ways in which a manager can encourage can create an ethical organisation are: Create a strong code of conduct towards ethical practice at the workplace. Promote work ethics by being a role model, by being visible adopting such set ethical standards, by clearly communicating ethical expectation, inducing various ethical related training and activities, certainly rewarding the ethical acts and punishing the unethical ones, providing a protective mechanism towards the employees who follow ethical standards and code of conducts. Among all the activities, inevitably the single most effective way for the managers to promote ethical behavior at the workplace is by actually demonstrating the set ethical standards.

Few challenges that are based by organization or management while implementing ethics at workplace are- resistance from employees when they are facing a new ethics policy, the cost of creating an ethics policy is minimal but the cost of implementing or maintaining an effective ethics policy is much higher because of extensive training cost, the companies are also unable to predict or determine the ROI (Return on Investment) from ethical practices or strategies that are conducted by them because it is not easy to measure or evaluate the level of immorality or wrongdoing of an individual.

Ethical Dilemma is basically a situation in which an individual has to make a difficult choice between two courses of action, either of which affects transgressing a moral principle. Some of the example of an ethical dilemma observed at workplace are taking someone else's credit, Proposing a client a worse product for own profit or using inside confidential organisational knowledge for own profit.

The ways in which an organisation can foster innovation at the workplace are- adapt change, encourage each employee to show their creativity and innovation, use advanced technology and software that effectively utilise the idea of employees, encourage brainstorming, create an environment of risk-taking, invest more funds and budgets for Research and Development or innovation.
