The Cherry Blossom symbolizes love, beauty, strength, sexuality and mortality, meanwhile, the falling of a Cherry Blossom symbolizes the end of our short lives. The poem could simply mean that instead of dwelling ourselves in our past lives,problems, pains and sufferings why not seize the day, wring the beauty of life 'cause life is fleeting. When you're lost on your own thoughts you'll see future problems before anyone else. This tends to be the problem of a deep thinker or a worrywart person. That's why the worm advised the persona to, "Never mind your mind" or to not worry about something. The worm in the poem signifies miraculous regeneration or healing. Another is "Break your soils for seeds to grow" This is somewhat like we're being compared to a seed, whereas, we won't be able to grow when we won't breakthrough to a compacted soil which is the wall of thoughts or from ourselves that ties us to our past.
