So, the fixed terms means that the person contracted with to do the job must perform on the job and the performance would be motivated more if the person gets more benefits that would make them to bring more effort on the job and do an excellent job for an excellent output. Most of the competitive contracting positions attract the competitive contractors based on the benefits that the contracting terms bring forth on the table. At the same time, when the contracted person feels more motivated with the benefits on the table, they do the job enthusiastically and give their best in bringing the output beyond expectation. So, the more a contractor gets benefits, the more they give their best to the work and hence proper output.
