The organizational structure describes formal relations and organizational reporting and indicates the number of levels in the hierarchy and determines the degree of managers' power. A divisional structure of separate functional structures that report to a central core is a multidivisional structure. The management of daily operations is responsible for each functional structure. The central staff is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the relationship between organizations and the community and policy. Divisional structure, which will help in faster decision making , and decrease the centralization, Also to monitor the environment and increase the customer satisfaction. In this structure we will have a different vice presidents to each department connected to president directly , the reporting relationship will be vertically in this structure. (Ahmady, G, 2016)
