Positive experience- I am actually participating in a group learning position now. Having the opportunity to work under my dad as the associate preacher is giving me the opportunity to practically learn about preaching after I graduated from the Memphis school of preaching. The preaching school gave me the knowledge but not a lot of the practical experience. This is actually giving me the literal day to day knowledge of being a preacher.

Negative experience- Given the fact that I trained as a preacher. The negative portion was being thrown in the "fire" before I was ready to take on that responsibility. I was given that real practical learning but without a guide. The dynamic was basically me figuring things out as I go.
