You are asked to complete the human subjects research training and acquire the certificate through the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) online. The training will help students understand the ethical issues and guidelines in conducting research.
Please follow the instructions in this PDF (CITI Training Instructions (Undergrad).pdf download ), complete the CITI training, and upload your Completion Report (NOT the Completion Certificate). An example of the report is shown on the last two pages of the PDF instructions.
The information below is for students who have already completed the CITI training before. If you have not done the training before, just use the instructions in the PDF above; you don't need to go over the following information.

If the above conditions are met and you need to download your Completion Report (NOT the Completion Certificate) again, here are the steps to do so:
If your current CITI report/certification does not meet the conditions specified above, log back in to the CITI training site (Links to an external site.) with the same username and password you used before for the CITI training, click "Add a Course," select the "Group 2: Social & Behavioral Research" course, and complete the training. Once you are done, download your Completion Report (steps shown in the PDF instructions) and submit it here.
