Open the file SC_PPT16_5b_FirstLastName_1.pptx, available for download from the SAM website.
Save the file as SC_PPT16_5b_FirstLastName_2.pptx by changing the “1” to a “2”.
0. If you do not see the .pptx file extension in the Save As dialog box, do not type it. The program will add the file extension for you automatically.
To complete this Project, you will also need to download and save the following support files from the SAM website:

With the file SC_PPT16_5b_FirstLastName_2.pptx still open, ensure that your first and last name is displayed in the presenter notes on Slide 1.
· If the presenter notes do not display your name, delete the file and download a new copy from the SAM website.
Fetch App helps dog owners find sitters for their dogs. You developed a presentation about the app and sent it to the communications director for approval. You will now review and incorporate her changes. On Slide 1 (“FETCH APP”), enter the following comment:
Communications requests a larger subtitle font size.
With Slide 1 still displaying, compare the presentation with the file Support_SC_PPT16_5b_Comments.pptx, available for download from the SAM website, and then merge the two files. Accept the new theme from the support file. (Hint: To accept a change, click the Accept button. To reject a change, confirm that the Reject button has been selected.)
On Slide 2 (“What Is Fetch App?”), accept all changes to the left content placeholder.
With Slide 2 still displaying, read and then delete the comment about the definition.
On Slide 3 (“Advantages Of Fetch App”), enter the following response to the comment:
Agree. Glad you think so, too.
On Slide 4 (“pOTENTIAL iSSUES”), respond to the changes as follows:
a. Accept the changes to the title text box.
b. Reject the changes to the diagram contents in the content placeholder.
On Slide 5 (“Essentials”), accept changes to the diagram contents.
With Slide 5 still displaying, insert a comment with the following text:
On Slide 6 (“Best Practices”), read and then delete the comment.
With Slide 6 still displaying, replace the text “feedback” with rating in the bottom-right text box.
On Slide 7 (“Sitter of the Month”), reject the change to the diagram contents.
On Slide 8 (“Sitter Response Times”), respond to the changes as follows:
c. Accept the change to the title text.
d. Reject the style change for the chart contents.
On Slide 9 (“Customer Testimonials”), replace “rocks” with is the best in the third line of text.
On Slide 10 (“Sitters per Square Mile”), accept the change to delete the slide.
