The concept of the victimless crime can be known as acts that are not legal but do not have a certain victim. In addition, the involved parties are acting voluntarily, thus may be adults that have consented. Furthermore, there is no direct harm , thus imposes on another individual as there is no victim. Consensual crime is a crime that is public ordered which involves two or more participants, which gives their consent as participants that are willing in unlawful activity. Crimes that are victimless normally do not have multiple people. 

The crimes that constitutes the consensual sex crimes such as prostitution, sodomy, fornification, adultury, and incest. Their cases may be controversial due to the consent issue. Victimless crime is known to referring to the behavior that is illegal ; however not in violation or threatening the individuals rights. This includes situations where acts alone and with acts that are consensual with more than one person which agrees to commit the crime in which no other was involved. There are numeorus sex crimes that are known as concenrual.
