Learning takes two to tango. It should always been play be a teacher and the student. Am desired learning outcome must be communicated, discuss in clear manner.

Step-by-step explanation

Learning plays an important and vital role in the educational system. A teacher and a student must shared common goal to achieve success. A teacher must discussed thoroughly what os expected for his or he students, if his or he student can make it ? or not. A teacher is the one, who will make the curriculum implemented and of course teachers must adjust the difficulty of his or her lesson, promote strategy, and effective techniques to make learning more effecient. A student role is to study and achieve the goal that was set by them, yes student has a responsibility for their study, but if the goal that was set by the teacher are not achievable by the majority of the students therefore that goal is not smart and thus needs to be change. Each teacher and student has the goal and role to play in the educational system, and both shared greater responsibility as well because what will be reflected in the assessment paper and performance of the student is reflected as well to the teacher, but if the student are irresponsible and lazy then that would be a problem. Each must cooperate to achieve desirable goal inside the classroom.
