Write an academic paper depicting your “Environmental Scanning analysis” that includes the following:

1. An introduction with a detailed description of the organization, what they do? product/service? etc.

2. Create a SWOTT Diagram that includes Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats and Trends.

3. Provide at least 5 topics for each category. Then, select at least 3 of the topics per category, and explain how these topics will support or not, the overall organization’s Business Sustainability and Competitiveness. Convey how your analysis would take advantage of the firm’s Strengths and Opportunities while avoiding its Weaknesses and Threats to its success
