Signs or symptoms of work-related stress can be physical, psychological and behavioural.
Physical symptoms may include:
• Fatigue
The feeling of getting tired. People may feel fatigue at work if he/she works so much. It could happen due to multiple works being assigned or may due to multitasking.
• Muscular tension
The feeling of pain in muscles of the body. It could be shoulder, legs or back pain and etc
This could be due to heavy works assigned requiring physical strength by which body uses muscle strength to lift heavy objects.
• Headaches
Head is not feeling well or sometimes called migraine. This may due to environment conditions. It is always comfortable to work with good environmental workplace.
• Heart palpitations
The heart of people palpitates and increasing heart rate. This may due to panic attacks or stress that is brought by stressing kind of work.
• Sleeping difficulties, insomnia

The feeling of always thinking bad might happen. This may occur at work if the boss always focuses on your work and always pointing your mistake which leads to your emotional abuse

Stressful life situation like death of family and stress at work trigger anxiety. Negative experiences may also cause the anxiety at work.
• Discouragement
The feeling of not trying things. People are afraid of doing things. This may occur due frequent failures at work from past experiences and thus feels being discourage. It may also due influence of people that surrounds him.

Feeling of being isolated. Some sign of isolation are deep boredom and lack of interest. Common isolation happens with people having physical impairments. People feel that they are different among others and believe it is much better to be alone
