I do believe that in as much as there is need for the automation of production processes in the world, there is still space for manual labor in the modern production system. There are things that can be well done by human beings compared to machines. Things like monitoring systems and repairing machine systems are things that are well done by human beings, because people have the ability to diagnose problems better than machines. Therefore, although most processes in the production system are being automated, it goes without saying that manual labor is still a big thing in the production process.
