5. Provide definitions for concepts& other term used, including operational definitions as appropriate
6. Development of cases (30 points)
7. Provides cases: Model, contrary, related & borderline (30 points)
8. Tentative Criteria (15 points)
9. Discuss criteria developed for concept (15 points)
10. Overall Evaluation (20 points)
