1. During pandemics, communication is one of the most important factors that should be enhanced to the fullest. Usually, pandemics affect a high percentage in the world, for instance, the Coronavirus pandemic. Therefore, communication enables people to get updated on the prevailing of the pandemic by providing information on the pandemic's current state. For instance, since the Coronavirus pandemic outbreak, communication has eased up things whereby the global world is updated through the various means of communication available. It is evident that during pandemics, the government can reach its citizens by communicating on the measures likely to be taken to overcome the pandemic.

2. People tend to misunderstand each other when conversing via phone calls. The various inconveniences experienced during phone calls are because people are different in terms of nature.
