PROJECT STEPS
1.
As an employee of Catalyst Consultants, you are writing on a report on improving
healthcare in the United States.
Demote the "Digital Tools" heading so it uses the Heading 2 style. Promote the
"Recommendations" heading so it uses the Heading 1 style.

Insert the Basic Chevron Process SmartArt in the blank paragraph in the "Patient
Concerns" section, and then enter the following text into the SmartArt, with each line of
text appearing in a separate shape.
Left shape:

Middle shape:

Resize the SmartArt to a height of

and a width of

In the table after the "Focus Group Results" heading, repeat the table header row across
the two pages. In the blank cell of the Total column, insert a formula that sums the
values to the left using the

number format. Resize column A (the "Idea" column) to
its best fit, and then Align Center the cells in columns B, C, D, and E.

In the table after the "Areas for Further Study" heading, add a new row to the end of the
table. Enter
Healthcare in 2030
in the "Area" column. Enter
Tim Wallace
in the
"Consultant" column.

Apply the Grid Table 5 Dark—Accent 1 table style to the "Areas for Further Study" table.
Remove the First Column table style option, and then format the table to AutoFit
Contents.

On each line of the list after the "Authors of the Study" heading, set a
3.5"
left tab stop
with leader option 2 (the dotted leader). Press TAB to replace the space between each
job title and author name in the list.

Insert the Ion Light header, and then close the Header & Footer Tools.
Your document should look like the Final Figure on the following pages. Save your changes, close
the document, and then exit Word. Follow the directions on the SAM website to submit your
completed project.
