Description	Hello, I work as a nurse and the department of medicaid is making me pay back funds that worked for but because I didnt have what is called a 485 which is what the doctor signs so the nurse can provide services. The department is making me pay back these funds. I already mailed in letter requesting that they re-look my case because I already made a poc (plan of correction that adresses what I did wrong. This happened 6 years ago and they re just now catching it and I even self reported the violation. They mailed me altter demanding paying with in 30 days. I am wanting a argumentative paper on why I shouldnt have to pay for hours I worked. Other people have done this and wrote to their state repersentatives and had there case looked at. I didnt commit fraud therefor I dont think I should have to pay back money I worked for. This was from a case I worked back in 2011.
