Answer:

1.JIT which is the abbreviated name for just in time is an inventory management system that requires one to bring in materials required for fabrication of a good just when the good is needed to reduce on the cost of holding raw materials and ensure efficient production of goods.

2.TPS i.e. Toyota production system is a inventory and cost management system used by Toyota where they sought to minimize raw materials available in a factory at a given time due to low storage space available and still be able to have enough for the work in progress. This system also allows companies without huge amounts of finance to have batch productions continue meeting market needs. Finally it is useful in managing the firms relationship with their consumers and suppliers. This system works with the same principle as the just in time management system.

3.A lean producer is a manufacturer or any business that seeks to avoid waste while still providing quality goods or services . his producer, manufactures a limited number of products when needed and responds to market needs. In essence, they do not produce more than what is currently needed by their market at a particular point in time.

4.A Kanban is a framework used to implement software development Its is used to show the how much a system can hold at a given time and the work that is done and needs t be done which is available to the entire team developing the software. This framework ensure that they keep track of what is has been done, what needs to be done and the capacity available to do the work.

Kanban is related to JIT system because this system works on the same principles as the Kanban. For JJIT system to work team must communicate effective on the storage space available , the raw materials needed for work in progress and it must be communicated in real time.
