1. Man's nature is unchangeable over time; a man's needs in a society remains the same and the differences which the needs offer are due to a variety of natural influences such as climate, soil fertility and sunshine intensity which eventually lead to diversity of needs that are available. These differences also have a great influence on religion
2. The precepts of morality, religious, social and necessities created by locality remain unchangeable.

Every time human beings attempt to go against these precepts, society suffers. The evil of this nature extends to society and can cause disastrous effects such as shedding of blood.

Aspects of society that are changeable

1. Institutions: Institutions pass through periods of development and perfection and conformation until the they reach to a point that they please a man or make him attain his objectives in life. Some changes in institutions can lead to moral decay
2. Human mind: Human mind is always progressing . Fatal errors made by different leaders in the past have been accelerated with increased knowledge and uncontrolled need for getting pleasure.
