Question 1.
Listening gets regarded as a significant mode of communication. It ensures that there is a fundamental understanding of both the spoken and written information and the knowledge of the speaker's thoughts when they communicate (Suarez-Jimenez et al., 2018). Listening will also ensure that both parties can effectively understand the spoken and non-spoken words from the speaker and audience.

Stakeholders can apply various strategies to identify students with exceptional learning needs. Lastly, step-by-step learning encourages students to get a channel to understand the English language. It can be achieved by equipping the learners with better opportunities through speaking, listening, writing, and reading. Secondly, lexical array ensures that the teachers identify a word letting the students repeat it and read it in the context by which it has been applied.
Question 3.
A literacy-rich environment gets regarded as one that stimulates the learners with learning conditions to effectively participate in the activities associated with the literacy and language activities to improve their comprehension and pronunciation of the English language (Suarez-Jimenez et al., 2018). These could involve an environment with all the required materials to ensure better engagements between the students and their teachers.

I prefer to apply various strategies for improving and developing the reading schedules for my students. These could include giving examples and illustrations, downloading different templates, recommending children's books and publications, classroom videos, and offering second language learners varying reading skills according to their capabilities. The above could effectively assist the learners with a better chance of grasping and understanding the various aspects of the English language.

I would recommend that the students get various articles and publications from specific and approved sites to ensure only the best content for the learners. Through this, learners can be assured of quality and effective channels to improve their English language mastery. These often are the primary steps to better learning and understanding.
