You'll find some Nirvana songs in the Required Listening section of this module. You should listen to these songs. We have gone through a variety of different genres as we have moved through a history of rock'n'roll. You can reflect back on these genres as you do some research on Cobain's influences in particular. Below are some influences that Cobain talks about, including Pixies, Melvins, Led Zeppelin, and The Beatles.

You should pick at least 2 Nirvana songs that reflect influences from the Pixies, Melvins, Led Zeppelin, and or The Beatles. ( you could choose other influences, but you'll need to explain). You should embed the songs into your discussion board post and explain why you chose the song, which influences you are going to discuss, and an explanation of how that song reflects influences from a particular band, genre, or musician. You can choose from Bleach, Nevermind, and/or In Utero.
