During the past 3 weeks, you have articulated several aspects of your planned new venture. Compile all of your writing and research, and put it into a business plan wireframe. The framework should include the following sections:

  • Mission statement (based on your Phase 2 IP)
  • Vision statement (based on your Phase 2 IP)
  • The product or service (based on your Phase 2 DB)
  • Market opportunity (based on your Phase 3 IP)
  • Competitive environment (based on your Phase 3 IP)

Add the following sections to your plan:

  • Statement of ethics
  • Statement of social responsibility

Five steps are used to determine the business decision process that includes the idea of the environment, identification of the opportunity, development of the opportunity, evaluation of the opportunity, and evaluation of the team. I would surely use this process for getting success in the market. The first step that I would use to determine the opportunity of the business decision process is taking the idea of the environment where I want to do my business so that the business can attract the customers and the chance of getting success can be increased. In the second step, I would surely determine different opportunities and select the most suitable and appropriate one to flourish. Further, I would also develop different opportunities and evaluate them to find the most appropriate opportunity. Thus, it has become clear that I would efficiently succeed in my personal and professional life (Lunenburg, 2010). There is no doubt that all the processes are important for devising the products or services to create a successful business concept. Still, I would evaluate the decision to become clear whether the customers are getting benefits from the products. They become able to get the product according to their needs and requirements because customers are the main target audience of the organizations. Then, I would evaluate so that I can succeed with the implementation of that decision in the workplace. Therefore, I can say that evaluation of the decision is the most significant and efficient step of the entire decisionmaking process, and I would also use it in my professional life (Monroe, 2013). My product or service can be turned into a business because I am concerned about determining the methods and steps needed to start a business. I am very serious about this topic, and I wanted to start my own business because I have found from the experiences that chances of a profit rate increase in this process. Moreover, I have different skills that I can use in business, and they can also help me make a good reputation in the market. Thus it has become clear that my products can easily be turned into a business, but a lot of time and effort would be needed for this process. The demand for the product would come from online sources because I would target the customers by use of social media applications. I have found that different social media applications can help people start their businesses on a small scale. However, the traditional business requires a lot of money and effort; therefore, I would use this process to save my money and gain success in the market because online business has increased in both developed and developing countries. In the economic sphere, business organizations endeavor to be competitive and sustain their competitiveness; however, not every business organization operates in the same market niche or offers the same product. For example, Apple Inc., under the leadership of Steve Jobs, was the first organization to design and make a smartphone. However, over time, many new competitors are making similar products; despite the entrance of new competitors, Apple Inc. sustained its competitive advantage by being innovative. The example of Apple helps in explaining the nature of the business sphere; competition will always arise. I hope to start an eatery. The business entails making fast foods for dinners, travelers and other people interested in takeaways. The nature of the business will compete with established businesses such as McDonald's, Jack-in-the-Box, and Burger King. Why I want to start the venture The business organization is entering a market with established brands; however, regardless of the competitors, the eatery will be created because it needs to offer unique foods that would satisfy the clients’ expectation both culturally and socially. The foods in the eatery will be made to order, which means it will be tailored to suit the client’s social and cultural aspects. Furthermore, the business will be started to offer alternative space, and dinner place that address clients' expectations. Importantly, the business will also be started to gain profits to the shareholders, 1) Business Blogging Services on Mass Markets Business blogging is a marketing agency that helps firms and corporations increase online prospect and brand cognizance. Business blogging targets a mass market because of the many people who depend on the internet. Most business bloggers have a large following from different people and don’t have target groups; they depend on people viewing their posts (Stenius, 2015). Blogging is a brand, and if it has authentic information and services, people will follow it and advertise the product there. Different bloggers use different strategies to reach their people, and the method will determine whether they will be international or local bloggers. Some bloggers have an international following, and they sell their products and services to people globally. Business blogging reaches a mass market because, with tight schedules for people and high access to the internet and smartphones, people prefer visiting blog sites to get more information on products and services they need. 2) Profitability of Business Blogging Business bloggers make money by creating business directories that combine a list of frequently asked products and services and approach relevant businesses to sign up for business directories. The strategy helps the bloggers get money from different companies, hence making profits (Wainwright. 2015). Bloggers get good earnings from promoting affiliate products because they comprise many revenues for most business bloggers; they look for affiliate products with high price points that guarantee good payouts per sign-up. Business bloggers have specialized areas of business and can offer consulting services at a fee for different niches. Charging people for phone, Skype, and email advice helps bloggers make enough money. Business blogging is profitable, and some people depend on it for their living. There are enormous business brands that use bloggers to advertise their products and pay them. For example, a franchise company like Honda can have a new car brand that people don’t know; they will contract a business blogger who, through their channel, will advertise the car. The companies will pay the bloggers depending on their agreements, and both will benefit. Business blogging is profitable through writing tutorials which are great for getting links and social shares (Wainwright, 2015). The tutorials can have affiliate links for different products and promote other products being sold in the tutorial, making money by selling more products and selling the tutorial. Bloggers are known for writing sponsored posts because they are effective ways for businesses to reach their audience. Bloggers charge the sponsored posts depending on their volume and the targeted audience, making money (Wainwright, 2015). With an in-depth knowledge of a business niche, bloggers can write eBooks and sell them in their blogs; due to information in the eBooks, people can buy them and help them make money. Business bloggers make money through sale merchandise, which is easy with a plug-in like Woo-commerce; incorporating it with other blogger products is an excellent way of making good cash for blogs. (Different ways bloggers use to increase profitability) Bloggers who have personal businesses can use their blogging channels for advertising their products, and due to their large following, they make high sales hence large profits. Business bloggers are also used to publish business articles given to them by politicians or business people to reach the public. The bloggers charge different prices for different types of essays and products hence high profitability. Bloggers can reach out to relevant businesses ad offer reviews for their products and services at a fee (Ferguson, 2010). The reviews will be helpful to the business because they will increase brand awareness, but they will also help the bloggers make money. 3) Competition in Business Blogging Blogging is competitive because of the increased use of the internet to get all the information people want (Stenius, 2015). Many bloggers in the industry make the industry competitive; bloggers have to strategize on other ways to remain relevant. Bloggers should diversify their platforms to target more people on their sites; they should set different accounts across different platforms with the same branding and imagery to generate more followers. Bloggers should involve their readers in their posts by building a deep connection to make the business blooming. Bloggers should ask their audience questions to know what they expect from them and what they need to change then adjust to meet customer needs. (A chart showing how bloggers are increasing by day hence more competition in the business) Standing out in content is essential for bloggers to reduce competition; they have to provide unique content that is entertaining and educating to their readers. Quality and quantity in business blogging are critical because they increase success in the industry and reduce competition; bloggers should be willing to produce excellent content in abundance. To stand out in the blogging industry, bloggers should major in helpful content rather than viral content because valuable content will forever be educative and generates steady traffic over time.

Business Plan Wireframe

Introduction

In the economic sphere, business organizations endeavor to be competitive and sustain their competitiveness; however, not every business organization operates in the same market niche or offers the same product. For example, Apple Inc., under the leadership of Steve Jobs, was the first organization to design and make a smartphone. However, over time, many new competitors are making similar products; despite the entrance of new competitors, Apple Inc. sustained its competitive advantage by being innovative. The example of Apple helps in explaining the nature of the business sphere; competition will always arise. I hope to start an eatery. The business will entail making fast foods for dinners, travelers and other people interested in takeaways. The nature of the business will compete with established businesses such as McDonald's, Jack-in-the-Box, and Burger King.  The business organization is entering a market with established brands; however, regardless of the competition, the eatery will be created because it will offer unique foods that would satisfy the clients’ expectation both culturally and socially. The foods in the eatery will be made-to-order, which means it will be tailored to suit the client’s social and cultural aspects. Furthermore, the business will be started to offer alternative space, and dinner place that address clients' expectations. Importantly, the business will also be started to gain profits to the shareholders.

             Mission

Making customized foods for clients from all cultures and economic backgrounds based on their specifications. The fast foods will be made to order in order to reflect that unique client cultures and tastes.

Vision

To be a leading made-to-order eatery in the state serving clients from all cultures and walks of life.  Furthermore, the organization will ensure to offers culturally suitable foods that have been sourced ethically to so as to enhance human dignity and environmental sustainability.

            Product and Service

The business venture will operate in the hospitality sector; it will be guided by the rules, laws and regulations that guide the operations of businesses in the sector. In general, the business will source raw fresh foods from registered suppliers from the different cultural communities it will also source other ingredients from the appropriate suppliers. The food will be made within the eatery’s outlet and served there, or delivered to cars driving in. However, some food based on the client’s request may be takeaways or delivered to the client's homes. The eatery will have adequate space that can accommodate at least 50 people at any given time. The service and products available will be promoted on signboards, billboards, local radio stations, and social media platforms. Importantly, word of mouth will be encouraged so that existing clients can share their experiences with their friends about the eatery and refer them to it.

Specifically about the business, the distribution of the product, which will essentially be done at the business outlets and to home or office deliveries, will be influenced by the location of the outlet. At the start of the business, only one outlet will be opened in a metropolitan area with high human traffic. The outlets will be designed such that they can enable counter service, drive-thru, and sit-downs. By counter service, it means a client can enter the outlet, place an order, the order is prepared and packaged for the client to carry home; sit-down is when the client eats from the place. In the case of the drive-thru, the client makes an order before arriving at the outlet, such that on arrival, the food is delivered to his car such that he has no time to wait.  Therefore, the suppliers around the region will be contracted to supply different products based on the available cultures. For example, if the business outlet will be a region with   Latinos from Puerto Rico and Latinos from Peru, then the food items that suit the people's cultures there will be sourced.

            Market Opportunity

Like any other takeaway or drive through eatery, the business is best located in a metropolitan place, with good road connection, and outside the town center. Ideally, it should be on the road linking to a cosmopolitan residential area. The business's location will enable it to serve different cultures because customizing food based on culture is its core differentiating aspect compared to the existing restaurants. Importantly, the location should have high traffic, which means the adjacent residential places should be populated enough to attract a high number of clients on any given day.

Furthermore, in order to increase the business visibility, intentional online marketing will be done. Specifically, business bloggers will be hired to publicize the business. Business blogging will that help the business enhance its online prospect and brand cognizance. Business blogging targets a mass market because of the many people who depend on the internet. Most business bloggers have a large following from different people and don’t have target groups; they depend on people viewing their posts. In order to ensure that the agency is effective in publicizing the business venture, it has to stand out in content because it is essential for bloggers to reduce competition; they have to provide unique content that is entertaining and educating to their readers. Quality and quantity in business blogging are critical because they increase success in the industry and reduce competition; bloggers should be willing to produce excellent content in abundance. To stand out in the blogging industry, bloggers should major in helpful content rather than viral content because valuable content will forever be educative and generates steady traffic over time

             Competitive Environment

As noted above, the nature of the business will compete with established businesses such as McDonald's, Jack-in-the-Box, and Burger King.  The established brands   have the financial capacity to engage in aggressive marketing, open up more branches close to people, and employ more experienced employees. Furthermore, the competitors have loyal clientele. However, the business will position itself from the existing businesses in the hospitality sector as one that makes customized foods for its clients. It will offer unique foods that would satisfy the clients’ expectation both culturally and socially.

Importantly, the organization will gain competitive advantage by sourcing for cultural foods from the source markets through the communities.  It essentially means that Brazilian ingredients will be sourced from Brazil using the Brazilian community in town. The situation will reduce the cost of sourcing for foods because   travellers to and from various countries are available on daily basis.  By sourcing for foods using the local community networks, it will help build loyal repeat clients, who would always dine or order foods from the eatery because it connects with them.

            Statement of Ethics

The organization will adhere to the highest ethical standards in terms of environmental   conservation.  It will not engage in activities or source for products that result in environmental degradation.  Furthermore, the organization will exercise fair labor practices; it would not employ underage people, discriminate employees on the basis of gender, race or culture. Importantly, the organization will only buy products from upstream supply chain that also exercise fair labor practices.

The ethical standards are aimed at helping the organizing promote trust and integrity among the employees and other stakeholders (Schroeder, 2019). Furthermore, the ethical standards will drive employee behavior and other groups that would engage with the organization.  Importantly, the ethical standards will help the organization attain the bottom line because ethical practice helps organizations improve profitability (Schroeder, 2019).

            Statement of Social Responsibility

As a new entrant in the hospitality sector, and due to its unique business model where it positions itself as offering customized foods that suit the tastes and cultures of clients. The organization will support educational programs for learners interested in learning to prepare cultural foods.  The corporate social responsibility is in line with the organization’s mission of being a leader in making customized foods.  The trained students can then be absorbed by the organization as it expands in other cities and states.  Importantly, engaging on social responsibility is part of giving back to society; it also helps in building the brand image among the communities, which is good for penetrating a market dominated by the other brands (Golob, et al., 2019).
