Five steps are used to determine the business decision process that includes the idea of the environment, identification of the opportunity, development of the opportunity, evaluation of the opportunity, and evaluation of the team. I would surely use this process for getting success in the market. The first step that I would use to determine the opportunity of the business decision process is taking the idea of the environment where I want to do my business so that the business can attract the customers and the chance of getting success can be increased. In the second step, I would surely determine different opportunities and select the most suitable and appropriate one to flourish. Further, I would also develop different opportunities and evaluate them to find the most appropriate opportunity. Thus, it has become clear that I would efficiently succeed in my personal and professional life (Lunenburg, 2010). There is no doubt that all the processes are important for devising the products or services to create a successful business concept. Still, I would evaluate the decision to become clear whether the customers are getting benefits from the products. They become able to get the product according to their needs and requirements because customers are the main target audience of the organizations. Then, I would evaluate so that I can succeed with the implementation of that decision in the workplace. Therefore, I can say that evaluation of the decision is the most significant and efficient step of the entire decisionmaking process, and I would also use it in my professional life (Monroe, 2013). My product or service can be turned into a business because I am concerned about determining the methods and steps needed to start a business. I am very serious about this topic, and I wanted to start my own business because I have found from the experiences that chances of a profit rate increase in this process. Moreover, I have different skills that I can use in business, and they can also help me make a good reputation in the market. Thus it has become clear that my products can easily be turned into a business, but a lot of time and effort would be needed for this process. The demand for the product would come from online sources because I would target the customers by use of social media applications. I have found that different social media applications can help people start their businesses on a small scale. However, the traditional business requires a lot of money and effort; therefore, I would use this process to save my money and gain success in the market because online business has increased in both developed and developing countries. In the economic sphere, business organizations endeavor to be competitive and sustain their competitiveness; however, not every business organization operates in the same market niche or offers the same product. For example, Apple Inc., under the leadership of Steve Jobs, was the first organization to design and make a smartphone. However, over time, many new competitors are making similar products; despite the entrance of new competitors, Apple Inc. sustained its competitive advantage by being innovative. The example of Apple helps in explaining the nature of the business sphere; competition will always arise. I hope to start an eatery. The business entails making fast foods for dinners, travelers and other people interested in takeaways. The nature of the business will compete with established businesses such as McDonald's, Jack-in-the-Box, and Burger King. Why I want to start the venture The business organization is entering a market with established brands; however, regardless of the competitors, the eatery will be created because it needs to offer unique foods that would satisfy the clients’ expectation both culturally and socially. The foods in the eatery will be made to order, which means it will be tailored to suit the client’s social and cultural aspects. Furthermore, the business will be started to offer alternative space, and dinner place that address clients' expectations. Importantly, the business will also be started to gain profits to the shareholders, 1) Business Blogging Services on Mass Markets Business blogging is a marketing agency that helps firms and corporations increase online prospect and brand cognizance. Business blogging targets a mass market because of the many people who depend on the internet. Most business bloggers have a large following from different people and don’t have target groups; they depend on people viewing their posts (Stenius, 2015). Blogging is a brand, and if it has authentic information and services, people will follow it and advertise the product there. Different bloggers use different strategies to reach their people, and the method will determine whether they will be international or local bloggers. The reviews will be helpful to the business because they will increase brand awareness, but they will also help the bloggers make money. 3) Competition in Business Blogging Blogging is competitive because of the increased use of the internet to get all the information people want (Stenius, 2015). Many bloggers in the industry make the industry competitive; bloggers have to strategize on other ways to remain relevant. Bloggers should diversify their platforms to target more people on their sites; they should set different accounts across different platforms with the same branding and imagery to generate more followers. Bloggers should involve their readers in their posts by building a deep connection to make the business blooming. Bloggers should ask their audience questions to know what they expect from them and what they need to change then adjust to meet customer needs. To stand out in the blogging industry, bloggers should major in helpful content rather than viral content because valuable content will forever be educative and generates steady traffic over time.
