Recombinant DNA technology can be used for production of the enzyme W.

For this we have to do following steps:

• Screen for gene coding for this enzymes.
• Prepare recombinant expression plasmid by inserting gene of interest.
• Now transfer prepared recombinant plasmid to E.coli.
• Grow recombinant E.coli in appropriate media and extract synthesized enzyme from media or cell.
• Now, modify polypeptide for secondary structure.
• Finally, enzyme is ready to use.
