2. Opens a wider door to spark materials of interests therefor learning to be more tolerant of each other
3. Self check to see if they themselves are anti-black and should strive to do better
4. Teaches how to figure out ways/goals that must be reached in order for some positives to come out of these conversations
5. Encourages the notion of teaching other generations from other ethnic groups to be mindful of their treatments of blacks and do better so that future generations will follow suit
6. Shows the general public that this matter is serious and it takes everyone to make a difference as every voice in support is important
