Each student must make at least one class presentation on The Pact: Three Young Men Make a Promise and Fulfill a Dream by Sampson Davis, George Jenkins, and Rameck Hunt.

1)Identify which of the three authors is responsible for the information in the chapter or section you have selected.

2)Provide a brief summary (2-3 sentences) of what happens in the chapter or section you have selected. In particular, you should identify the important events that it describes. 

3)Identify at least one person (other than the two other doctors who co-wrote the book) who plays a prominent role in this chapter or section. Explain how or why this person is important or relevant to the story of the three doctors.

• Locate one “Golden Line” in the chapter or section you have selected. A Golden Line should be a portion of the chapter or section (1-2 sentences) that you found interesting or important. It should be a memorable and significant idea in the chapter or section, not just a minor detail. You must explain why you think this passage is important or significant.
