Ann went to furniture store to buy a sofa. She saw one that she liked but did not like the colour. The owner of the store told her that they can redo it in a colour she liked.  Ann paid for the sofa. Before they completed it a fire broke out at the store's shop and the sofa was destroyed. The owner does not want to return her money because he said the ownership had passed to Ann.
