The present organisation where you are serving had planned to open another operation branch in the year 2020. This branch requires a strong security structure to ensure the protection of all the staff, infrastructure, company asset, and Information Technology System. As a Security Manager, you have been instructed by the Head of Security department to conduct Security Risk Assessment at the new operation branch and to sunmit the Security Set Up proposal to include the Security Organisation, initial security set up budget and forecast of security budget.

TASK

       i.           Discuss an effective and ideal Security Organisation Structure to be adopted at the new operation branch in the year 2020.

     ii.           Discuss the concept of Security Risk Analysis, share the findings from the Security Risk Assessment conducted at the potential new operation branch and to propose mitigation and measures to close the potential security risk.

   iii.           Present the financial proposal for security setting up at the new operation branch. The financial proposal shall include the security staffing expenses, the physical and security system set up and following financial budget focus for the following year.
