Solving Quality Employees need in future

Individuals from the different departments should be involved in solving the problem arising from not getting quality people to fill vacant arising from future retirements. Individuals from HR, OD and operations should all be involved. They should be involved in a team trying to determine the future needs of the organization. The respective departments should determine the changing needs for better employees as the nature of work changes with time. The HR should come in and determine the time that different employees will retire and thus the available positions to fill up. Together the respective departments should come up with an effective recruitment procedure that will enhance the attraction of quality employees to fill up vacant positions in future (Ndukwe, et al, 2020). While the buck stops with the HR, other departments express their specific staff needs, enabling the HR to come up with effective measures on the best ways to have such employees in place when they are needed. The working together of the individuals from different departments and functions enhances the attainment of sustainable recruitment procedures.
