I am looking at a wellness table for a technical report for BYU-I

ENG 301. I am unsure how to pull the numbers that I want. I want to calculate the overall wellness of students falling into the high, medium, and low categories. I also want to pull a mean average of students in each category, ie (On average, high wellness level students reported going to more social activities with a mean of 2.49?) The scale is on a 1-5 with 1 being never 2. few times per year 3. Once or twice month 4. At least once a week 5. Almost every day.
