I. Enhance the strength of the organization by keeping in mind who are your customers, use advance technology or devices and adapt what's on trend. Work on quality services and products and focus on the growth and education of your subordinates

II. Overcoming the weakness of an organization is to understand why you fall short. Trace the strategies you have and improve it. Educate yourself for the downfall received and enlist your support system. If you achieved small achievements, celebrate it! Work with people who understands and those who follow your lead they can make you a better leader. And most importantly, don't forget where your good at.

III. When you encounter threats in your organization you should use your strengths to overcome threats.
