1. The following includes examples of two groups with whom I have experienced a meaningful encounter. The first group was the Young club group, based on offering guidance and counseling to all its members. The Young club group was beneficial in my life. For instance, when I was experiencing a hard time since I had many challenges in life, the group offered some time, and I was taken through some helpful approaches to solving the challenges.

The second important group is The Recovery group, offering rehabilitation services for all the drug addicts. Some of my friends who had indulged in drugs were submitted to this group and ended up recovering through the set procedures composed in the group.

2. My self-perception through social interactions is that whenever one is going through a hard time in life due to the encounter of the apparent life challenges, one should take time to share their problems with others. Social interaction is usually to create a close relationship amongst ourselves whereby we can share our concerns and therefore create freeness in our minds.

3.I established my self-perception through the following ways: Recognizing how others shape their self-perception, detaching from others' projections, learning that even negative perception serves a purpose, and lastly, reforming my language to practice a healthy detachment
