Using the STAR technique, you should structure the answer as follows:
S - Outline the situation, in which you needed to act.
T - Identify the task (or objective), which you needed to complete (or achieve).
A - Discuss the actions you took, to achieve your objective.
R - Discuss the result of your actions, and what you learned from the experience.
Note: Hypothetical questions can also be answered using the STAR technique. i.e "What would you do if...?"

2. Can you tell us the biggest challenge you faced in your last job and how you dealt with it?
3. Can you tell us about a difficult decision you've made in the last year?
