2. If you witness some form of bullying, report it to the platform security. Tell a teacher, counselor, the school's principal, or parents to help stop the bullying if it is someone you know. Talk to them to see if they needed help.
3. If your school did not adequately handle the situation, contact the higher authorities like the school superintendent or the States Department of Education.
4. Keep all the data, like text messages or pictures, as proof that you or someone you know is being bullied. 
5. Do not engage with the bullies. Bully most often want to trigger one's anger, making its target feels ridiculed. Ignore them or block them on all social media platforms. Also, report them to the platform's management team. 
6. Tell someone you can trust about the issue, like a friend, teacher, or your parents/guardians. You are not alone.

From the task given, we can see that we need to construct a persuasive essay to convince the audience that it is possible to resist Cyberbullying. This means we need to come up with a thesis statement and at least three arguments to support it. We will also need to use rhetorical strategies such as logos mostly to be more convincing. We will establish our credibility as a rhetor by referring to some statistics and data to prove some facts, and quote some individuals who are considered to be reliable specialists in dealing with this issue. In addition, we will use the strategy of pathos to appeal to their motions and to encourage the audience to take some action after listening to the speech.

Step-by-step explanation

In order to make up the arguments, we need to base them on the ten-point solution that is provided in the task. I have divided them in three thematic groups. Here they are:

1. Engaging authorities to support you (solution points ? 2, 3, 6, 9, 10);

2. Dealing with personal data ((solution points ?1, 4)

3. Behavior in case it happened for both the subject of bullying and the witness (solution points ? 5, 7, 8)

Based on these groups, I can draw up my arguments.

1. It is important to take action and inform everybody of the unlawful actions done against the individual. Engaging the authorities is the key to impact the bullies and the most powerful leverage against them.

2. Personal data security is of everybody's first-place concern. It is also the proof to guarantee that they will be punished when it comes to making a case against them.

3. The best strategy is not to act as they expect the victim to. Don't engage with them or react to their actions. Every person should be watchful and socially active against any signs of bullying.

Now, I can construct my thesis:

"Cyberbullies are not as unreachable as they think. Joint actions and early intervention plan will beat them and help to extirpate cyberbullying from our society."
