Written Reflection Instructions:

Upon completing your hike, you will write a thoughtful 2-3-page reflection describing your experience. In your reflection, do not tell me what you did, tell me how you felt while doing it. For example, you could write how this hiking experience was the best thing for you right now. You might feel less stressed, distracted from regular activities or maybe you hated it the entire time. Either way, how did you feel about it. Additionally, you must include a paragraph on how you adhered to at least one of the Leave-no-Trace Principles (LNT).
