Your paper will be a minimum of four (4) typed & double spaced pages in length.
Your budget plan can come from one of three areas:
A professional sports organization
A collegiate sports organization or
A high school or club sports organization.
Your essay should include the following three main headings:
Learning Experience: describe the learning experience or situation and why you chose that particular sports organization.
What I Learned: summarize what you learned and why the experience was helpful or thought-provoking.
Application to Coaching or Athletic Administration: describe how you will use the learning or experience in your coaching or athletic administration.
Evaluation criteria:
Paper must include a title page and follow APA guidelines.
Paper MUST include specified main headings for each section of the paper (1-3 listed above)
Personal significance for your future coaching or athletic administration experience
Thoughtful analysis and assessment in relation to your profession
