A. Business to consumer is the process of businesses selling products and services directly to consumers, with no other salesman or agent.

Also, it refers to online retailers who sell products and services to consumers through the Internet.

B. Business to business is a form of transaction between businesses, such as involving a manufacturer and wholesaler, or a wholesaler and a retailer. This usually happens in the supply chain, where a company will buy raw materials from another to be used in their manufacturing process. Common place for this kind of transactions are for auto industry companies, housekeeping, industrial cleanup companies,etc.
