While it is popular today to ascribe all successes to the concept of leadership, much of an organization's success or failure is due to factors outside the influence of leadership. Based on what you have studied, what do you see as the true value of leadership?
Leadership is necessary to have a clear vision when building an ethics program and getting it across that people in positions of authority will want to do the right thing for the organization (Fries, Kammerlander & Leitterstorf, 2020). A good leader has certain unique qualities, and these qualities help create the company's image as a leader-oriented organization. They have bright and have good communication skills. The leader motivates others through strong messages that get across the meaning of the have sage. They have good organizational skills to establish an open and honest communication process within a group setting. Leadership can transcend organizational and personal boundaries. People who have no prior ethics experience are sometimes brought into the program as help-desk employees. Some of these people may be good at explaining the rules and the consequences but do not feel obligated to follow them.
